Please re-label the easement as a "private street"and extend it from TMP 115-22G north to the new lot line proposed between TMP 115-22G1 and Parcel X. I have relabeled the easement as a private street and extended the linework to meet the proposed pro erty line. 4. Section 14-316—The plat has been transmitted to VDOT for approval of the private street entrance and sight distance easement onto State Route 620. VDOT comments were received and have been addressed.A note was added stating"sight distance easements are dedicated to public use and shall be kept clear of visual obstructions,including but not limited to fences,structures and landscaping". Section 14-303(N)-Please provide the statement pertaining to private street standards and maintenance on the plat. I have added the statement pertaining to private street standards and maintenance to the plat. © 6. Section 14-317—Please submit an updated private street maintenance agreement to replace the one recorded in D.B.761, PG. 153.An editable template is attached. The clients attorney is working on this. I will submit asap. ./7. Section 14-416 and Section 14-309/Section 310—Please provide soils work for approval by the Health Director for onsite sewage and water supply systems. I worked with Travis with the health department on this one.Steve Gooch submitted a plan to you a week or so ago,which I assume has been passed on to Travis and approved. I think we are about wrapped up with this one,let me know if we need to do anything additional. "Brian, I spoke to Steve and he said his understanding was in a family subdivision, any lot more than 5 acres doesn't need this done. That lot should be over 51/2 acres. Please let me know how we should proceed. He said he would do it but didn't think it would be required.
