Hi Ellie,
I am totally fine with submitting a revised copy via email as opposed to dropping off an updated paper copy. So feel free
to do that in the future with these types of plats where I am the only reviewer with comments.
That said, I reviewed the updated plat and it looks like all comments have been addressed. Once the owner signs the
plats,you can bring a copy to the County for approval!

Hi Todd,
I placed a copy of the easement plat mentioned above on your chair this afternoon. Frank spoke with some of us in
Planning earlier about distributing plans that come in and making sure you receive them on Tuesdays before the
engineering review meetings on Wednesday mornings.
I've entered an "unassigned engineer" as a reviewer for this plat into County View. It's for relocation of an existing storm
drainage easement.The comments are due out to the applicant on January 3, 2017. I just want to send this email so you
have some more information for your division distribution process.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions or if you have any suggestions for me in terms of how I should
get you the plans next time one of these comes up!
