Dear Mr. Collis
This letter is to follow up on my email of May 11, 2018 and provide you with an official action
letter for your records.
This letter is to approve as a Letter of Revision for the modification of the drive thru lanes and
modification to the mechanical screening wall. All of the changes are noted in the attached
request and plan. This is the 1st Letter of Revision for this site. A total of three(3) Letters of
Revision are allowed before all changes to the plan are required to be submitted in the form of a
site plan amendment.

To Whom It May Concern:
The following is a list of changes to the approved site plan:
1. Drive through location-The drive through design has moved West on the site to allow for some
additional stacking of queued vehicles
2. Drive through island curb widths -all of the drive through island curb widths have increased to 3'-6"
wide to allow the credit union the option to place ATM/PTM equipment on the islands in the future.
3. Mechanical screening wall-The mechanical screening wall has been radiused to allow for the
minimum manufacturer recommended clearances for the condensing units.
