HomeMy WebLinkAboutSUB201800092 Review Comments Rural Division Plat 2018-06-01 Faruk Hesenjan From: Faruk Hesenjan Sent: Friday, June 01, 2018 3:21 PM To: 'jeff@roudabush.com' Subject: SUB201800092 Rural Subdivision- Marrie Mill Farm Hello Mr. Powell, I would like to let you know that I finished reviewing the Rural Subdivision application SU8201800092-Merrie Mill Farm submitted by you. I have the following comments that need to be addressed: 1. The Tax Map and Parcel numbers on the Owners Approval panel is inconsistent with that of the application. The panel refers to Tax Map 18 Parcel 41A, instead of Tax Map 65 Parcel 84 which is stated on the title of the application. Please correct accordingly. The notes in the Development Right Allocation panel should include both the number of development rights assigned to each parcel, and the more than how many acreages each parcel should not consist of when further divided [§14-302(A), 10]. The exact format of the note should be as following: "Parcel[letter or number]is assigned[number]development rights and may/may not be further divided and when further divided these rights shall not comprise more than[number]acres. The residue of Tax Map/Parcel [numbers]is retaining[number]development rights and when further divided it shall not consist of more than [number]acres." 3. Since part of the New Parcel A falls within Water Protection Ordinance buffers, the following note should be added as a note on the cover page of the plat[§14-302(8), 10] "The stream buffer(s)shown hereon shall be managed in accordance with the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance." You may bring updated copies of the plat to the county or send me electronic version of them addressing the comments mentioned above Please let me know if you have any questions Best regards, Faruk Hesenjan On-Call County Planner Albemarle County, Community Development !pt Ar.101111 —1y Nka. _ IPY 1
