April 23,2018 Ms.Megan Nedostup, Principal Planner Albemarle County Community Development 401 McIntire Road Charlottesville,VA 22902 RE: Minor Amendment#2 for SDP 2012-00009 Old Trail Village Block 11,Final Site Plan Dear Ms.Nedostup, The description below is for the Minor Amendment#2 for the Old Trail Village Block 11,Final Site Plan,SDP2012-00009.The proposed revision only affects the area that was shown as townhouse Lots 16 through 27 along Old Trail Drive on the approved plans. The approved final site plan showed twelve (12) townhouse units along Old Trail Drive.This minor amendment increases the number of townhouse units to thirteen (13).The lots will be a mix of 16' and 20'market rate units. In addition to the thirteen-townhouse units,we are proposing two parking areas of two spaces each for a total of four additional parking spaces. This revision will entail the relocation of several of the water meters that were previously constructed.The existing sanitary laterals and storm sewer inlets will not be relocated or revised. To account for the additional unit,one water meter and one sanitary sewer lateral will be installed. All of the water meters will still be located within the existing easement,so there will be no revision to the easement. A subdivision plat to create the individual lots will be submitted separately.
