This letter is in response to the attached LOR request letter dated July 17, 2018. The Department of
Community Development hereby grants approval of a LOR for the following modifications to SDP2008-
61, which are depicted on the modified site plan sheet titled: "sheet 4 layout plan " and described below:
1. Relocate proposed 8,000 SF building and parking spaces. Install asphalt pavement in the
previous location of the building.
This is the first LOR for this site. Three LORs are allowed, after which all required changes must be
submitted as a site plan amendment.

Attached are four copies of the Letter of Revision for Earlysville Business Park, and the Application for
Letter of Revision. The approved plan that this cliange applies to is titled `Final Site Development Plans
for E irlysvillc Business Park' with a site plan number SDP 2008-61. The purpose of this revision is to
slightly move the building. The approved location of the building will become an asphalt area. There will.
not be any increase in impervious area.
