That's why the other two areas are shown as +/- Francis had to list "Approx. 66.14 ac" because this survey is not recorded yet. The areas will be updated once this is recorded. I think the one item we need is the new tax parcel numbers since the LOD was approved. I've checked the GIS site and it doesn't list those yet. We had listed them with ? after the parcel numbers. Can you check with the Real Estate department and see if they've assigned number yet? If they haven't, can you request those? We'll have to update the plat with those.
