I checked on how this is progressing. The zoning staff is wrapping up their official determination this week. They
mentioned that it will go to the County Attorney for a last check, then we'll be able to move forward.

These folks did an official determination and found that their 1 parcel is actually 3. The parcel in question is 06600-00-
00-01100. The applicants needed to update their plat, but will need the TMP to be split up into 3 — each with its own

Gwen is actually off today.
The area of T.M. 66-11 is accurate at 66.33 acres. You'll see that Gwen states that it is by current field survey. We didn't
survey the entire other parcels, only the areas we are adjusting.
That's why the other two areas are shown as +/-
Francis had to list "Approx. 66.14 ac" because this survey is not recorded yet. The areas will be updated once this is
recorded.
I think the one item we need is the new tax parcel numbers since the LOD was approved. I've checked the GIS site and it
doesn't list those yet.
We had listed them with ? after the parcel numbers. Can you check with the Real Estate department and see if they've
assigned number yet?
If they haven't, can you request those? We'll have to update the plat with those.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Saint Margaret's Farm: I reviewed the plat, now that we have an official determination from the County Attorney. I don't
have any additional comments, other than:
• The official determination indicates that T. M. 66-11 is 66.14 acres, as opposed to 6.33 acres. We should update
that on the plat.
If you could just make sure everything from the official determination is on the plat, lets' get signatures in here as soon
as you can get them signed.

Sorry that this has gone slow... it's one of those applications where issues kept popping up - needed official
