You will note that Deed Book 1867 page 231-234 indicate the plat of record for parcel 1 and indicate that "lots 1 and 2 each have one (1) development right and will be allowed one dwelling per lot. " I am unclear as to the reason for that. The transfer in 1978 of 16.40 acres in DB 665 page 87 (see plat 385 page 150) were the parent tract for Lots 1 and 2. 2.046 acres were added to this tract from 44-20C to create a new parcel, and then two small pieces were conveyed off to the neighboring land owner which were too small to convey with any division rights. The balance was divided into two lots. It appears to me that the original 16 acres should retain its full complement of development rights, which should be allocated between Lots 1 and 2. I am hoping to understand where those rights were lost. I would appreciate a chance to discuss this with you. Thank you, Karen Pape 434-981-3246
