As you may be aware, and as was stated in the letter sent to you on March 8, 2017, with an incomplete submission you had 15 days in order to resubmit a complete submission. Because of circumstances, and your request, 1 had denied your submission and instead gave you additional time to resubmit. Unfortunately, after a few different communications below, the time period has extended to way beyond what I should have allowed, If we do not receive a resubmission for this sign, to my attention and under the project number ARB2017-18 by Friday August 11th, 2017 the ARB2017-18 will be denied. Please ensure that all comments from March are addressed. In that case any submission that comes after that date will be considered a new submission and will require an application, checklist and fee to be submitted with the sign plan documents. Whenever it is resubmitted, as mentioned previously, please ensure that all comments from March are addressed. Please let me know if you have any questions. If the sign structure is being replaced then it would no longer be a sign "re -facing" and would need to be under a different/new submission number. Please ensure that all comments from March are addressed. Please see the attached PDF of those comments If the sign changed significantly then some of the comments may not apply. Because it is a resubmission it should be sent straight to me, either by email or by delivery/mail addressed to my attention. Please see the attached "Resubmittal Form" that should be filled out and sent with the updated sign plan. We are indeed still moving ahead with a sign. Our progress has been slower than anticipated as we have had multiple sign vendors involved in the project. We are actively working with a local vendor and expect a rendering this week for what we hope to be the final revision. From there - assuming the design and associated costs are agreed upon - the ARB application will be filed. Please advise if this time estimation falls in line with a resubmission or a new application. If you'd like, I'm happy to touch base later this week with a progress report. Regardless of the decision, please know helix greatly appreciates your patience and guidance in our sign endeavor. I do not appear to have ever received a response to that email. Do you have an ETA on the resubmission? As mentioned, because of the circumstances J was willing to allow additional time to resubmit the sign plan for review under the current number. However, that is IF that period of time is not too long. Please send me an estimated time period until the resubmission so that I can gauge whether keeping the submission number is still feasible. If you have no immediate plans to resubmit please let me know so that I can close out the last submission project number. Then the next submission would be under a new number.
