o There appears to be a jurisdictional line for the City and Albemarle County. The names are
covered and there is no line. Please remove or correct.
o Provide an area for each shaded forest and open space area. Also provide a total for the forest
and open space in a table. I hope this area matches your plan.
o Fill in the scale information.
o Revise the limits of floodplain to match the approved plans.
- Sheet V3: Revise SE11 easement alignment if this alignment has changed (resulting from RWSA
comment). The ASCA easement may need to overlap (confirm with ACSA).

ACSA Comments:
I do see several easement areas that are missing from the plat(and actually missing from the plan sheet).
Easements are missing for the meters serving Buildings 2, 3,4, 6,8,9 and 11. The meter for Building 9
should be placed beside Structure 7 outside of paved area. You can email your revision and we will
review as quickly as possible. Thanks.
Added easements for meters described.
Planning Comments:
1. [Section 14-302(A)(4)and/or (5)] Who is the beneficiary of the sight distance easement described
under Note 11 and shown on Sheet V3? Is it meant to allow RWSA the right to access it? It is unlikely this
easement should be"dedicated to public use." Please provide more information about its purpose to
clarify how it should be labeled.
Sight distance easement is private. Notes have been updated accordingly.
2. [General Comment] On Sheet V2,there appears to be a jurisdictional label for"City of
Charlottesville/Albemarle County" floating in the middle of the northern portion of the site. Please
remove it.
Label has been removed.
3. [Section 14-302(B)(10)] On Sheet V3,please label the stream buffer.
Stream buffer has been shown and noted on sheet V3.

The Planner will recommend approval of the plat referred to above when the following items have been satisfactorily
addressed. (The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions
may be added or eliminated based on further review.)
This review was completed using the sections listed under Section 14-208.2 of the Subdivision Ordinance.
Planning

all of the requirements within six(6)months after the date of this letter,then the application shall be deemed voluntarily
withdrawn.
