Hello Megan,
Per our latest conversation I've attached a revised plat addressing the comments including showing the steep
slopes zoning layer, both managed and preserved.
To address David's comments:
3. We changed the language of the slope easement to language required by VDOT which does not put the
county at risk for maintenance.
4. SWM facility easement on lot 16+17 is now labeled.
5. Note B has been added on the cover page addressing the served by water and sewer comment.
To address your comments:
1. An exhibit has been provided as separate attachment showing the layout of each house as it relates to the
building site question.
2. Steep slopes are shown.
3. open space calculations are now on the plat as requested.
4. I understand the easements are all approved?
5. Slope easement has been updated.
and VDOT:
1. Note added stating that the streets are dedicated to the County for public use (see note 11)
2. Sight distance easements to be kept clear (see note 13)
3. Maintenance note on the slopes added. (see note 12)
Would you guys mind taking a quick email review since the comments are pretty limited? IF this looks good
we can turn in hard copies that are signed by the owner.
Kyle - have you turned in signed copies of the approved easements? those need to be signed by the County
Executive.
