SUB201700165 – Phase 1 & 2 Village Square Property Owners Association Ince – Easement Plat
Both easement plats are ready for County approval. Please bring in both signed/notarized copies of
the plats for approval.
What is the status of this? I’d like to approve these asap but have not received plats with owners
signature.

The County of Albemarle Plhnning Division will grant or recommend approval of the easement plat referenced above once
the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference,which is to the
Subdivision/Zoning Ordinanbes unless otherwise specified.]
[14-303(A)(4)] Easements. The"New 10'Greenway Access Trail Easement", shall be labeled as
private.
3/ [14-302(A)] Vicinitj'Map. The vicinity map shall be of a scale to 1"=2,000'
,3. [14-303(D)]Acreage of Lots. Provide the acreage of the lots.

[14-302(B)(5)]Zong Classification. Revise the zoning of the parcel to provide the actual zoning of the parcel,a
ZMA#is not the zo1ing.Also, label that it has proffers associated with ZMA2004-22.Also,under the zoning of
the property provide: "Steep slopes:managed slopes overlay district."
5. [Comment] The plit may be approved once all items in this letter are addressed;however,prior to constructing
he trail a Letter of Revision(LOR)shall be submitted,reviewed,and approved to the Treesdale Site Plan
(SDP2010-13).It is advisable that the LOR be submitted before this plat is approved, as it may reveal the trail
truly cannot be built within the exact parameters of the easement depicted on this plat.

fails to submit a revised plat to address all of the requirements within six(6)months after the date of this letter,then the
application shall be deemed voluntarily withdrawn.Please contact Christopher Perez at the Division of Current
