Reviews Comments:Engineering has no objection, but would like to see the proposed grading and trail details as part of
the Treesdale LOR. No ESC or SWM plan is required if the disturbance is less than 10,000sf, but it is
recommended to follow ESC practices during the construction of the trail.

SUB201700165 – Phase 1 & 2 Village Square Property Owners Association Ince – Easement Plat
Both easement plats are ready for County approval. Please bring in both signed/notarized copies of
the plats for approval.
What is the status of this? I’d like to approve these asap but have not received plats with owners
signature.

Staff has provided references to the County Code. The Code is kept up-to-date by the County Attorney's office and may be
found at www.albcmarlc.org/countycodc. In accord with the provisions of Section 14-229(B)of Chapter 14,if the applicant
fails to submit a revised plat to address all of the requirements within six(6)months after the date of this letter,then the
application shall be deemed voluntarily withdrawn.Please contact Christopher Perez at the Division of Current
