Brent,
After we had owners and you guys sign this plat,the attorney discovered an oops on my end.
The new portion of open space that this BLA is creating is to be added to the existing open space at avinity and to be
Maintained by the current owner of it, (Avon Properties) not Piedmont Neighborhoods. I have made some minor
changes to the plat to show this (attached) and included a markup as well showing the changes made.
Let me know if this is good to go and I will re-circulate copies to all for owners signatures.
