The new portion of open space that this BLA is creating is to be added to the existing open space at avinity and to be Maintained by the current owner of it, (Avon Properties) not Piedmont Neighborhoods. I have made some minor changes to the plat to show this (attached) and included a markup as well showing the changes made.
