NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual premises, Grantor hereby GRANTS, CONVEYS, GIVES and DEDICATES for public use to the County, its successors and assigns, with GENERAL WARRANTY AND ENGLISH COVENANTS OF TITLE, the Dedicated Property, as defined above.
