It might be possible to put the easement within our, but have the private line installed along the outter edge of the easement to provide the require separation with sanitary sewer. I am surprised I have not been sent the plat through the county for review due to ACSA easements on site. I will let you coordinate the best approach with Brian Ray as Brian did the plat.
