this description in both the “Owners Approval” section and in the “Notes” section (Note 1).
2. [Chapter 14, Section 14-302(B)-2]: Please revise the “Surveyor’s Certificate” to reference
Albemarle County, and remove the reference to Chesterfield County.
3. [Chapter 14, Section 14-302(B)-7]: Please revise Note 9 in the “Notes” section to state “These
parcels are within the South Fork Rivanna Reservoir Water Supply Watershed” and remove
“Lickinghole Creek.” Advisory Note: The correct Water Supply Watershed is listed in a different
location on the plat (between the “Vicinity Map” and “Surveyor’s Certificate”); however, please be
advised that there is a misspelling in that watershed name (“Reservior”), should you wish to correct
that.

Subject: SUB201800006 — Foxchase Landing Lots 1 & 10
A review of the above -referenced plat (dated 1/8/2018) has been completed by Planning staff in Albemarle
County's Community Development Department (CDD).
This review was completed using the sections listed under Section 14-206 of the Subdivision Ordinance. The
County will approve the plat when the following comments (below) have been satisfactorily addressed. Staff has
provided references to Chapter 14 (Subdivision Ordinance) and/or Chapter 18 (Zoning Ordinance) of the County
Code preceding each comment. The County Code is kept up-to-date by the County Attorney's office and may be
found at www.albemarle.org/couMcode.
The following comments are those that have been identified at this time; additional comments or conditions may be
added or eliminated based on further review.
Albemarle County Communily Development Department — Planning Division (Planning)
[Chapter 14, Section 14-302(A)-1]: Please revise the description from "Lot 1 & 10" to more clearly describe
