Typically, on phased developments, this is not the case and instead each phase is added to the maintenance agreement at the time of final platting. Bottom line is - the document will suffice to cover the maintenance of the required improvements associated with this final phase of the development. Thus comment #6 is completed/complied with. Comment #7 is not satisfied by this document and is still required prior to final plat approval. Aside from this comment, the other outstanding comment has to do w/ bonding of the road (see below). Once both are satisfied the final plat can be approved. Remainine Plannine Comments 7. [14-317, 303L] Instrument evidencing maintenance of certain improvements. A Deed of Dedication and Deed of Easement is needed for the drainage easements shown on the plat. The applicant should contact the County's Attorney's Office for the most recent deed template for drainage easements to be included with the next submittal of the plat.
