• Sheet V5: Show the proposed water main easement on open space E ( adjacent to Lot 29).
• Sheet V6: Show the proposed water main easement on open space E ( adjacent to Lot 28)
and Lot 28.
• Sheet V6: Clearly depict the private sewer easements on lots 19, 20, 23 and 24.

easement. Seems as though all my comments are addressed with the expectation of bonding – have
you posted the road bonds yet? Go ahead and get the plat and deed signed/notarized and submit at
least 2 copies to me for approval.

RE: SUB2016-163 Whittington Phase B-3 Final Plat
After having discussed your question with the County Attorney and the Subdivision Agent, we are in agreeance that this is
an unusual case because the last recorded supplemental declaration actually called out the residue as being included in the
maintenance agreement. Typically, on phased developments, this is not the case and instead each phase is added to the
maintenance agreement at the time of final platting. Bottom line is - the document will suffice to cover the maintenance of
the required improvements associated with this final phase of the development. Thus comment #6 is completed/complied
with.
Comment #7 is not satisfied by this document and is still required prior to final plat approval. Aside from this comment,
the other outstanding comment has to do w/ bonding of the road (see below). Once both are satisfied the final plat can be
approved.

7. [14-317, 303L] Instrument evidencing maintenance of certain improvements. A Deed of Dedication and Deed of Easement is needed for the
drainage easements shown on the plat. The applicant should contact the County's Attorney's Office for the most recent deed template for drainage
easements to be included with the next submittal of the plat. Please submit a draft of this document to me and I will review it and forward it to the
