The Property is zoned Planned Unit Development (PUD) per Zoning Map Amendment ZMA198500033, approved March 19, 1986. The permitted uses of the property are provided in Section 20 of Chapter 18 of the Albemarle County Code ("Zoning Ordinance"). The Property is also subject to the Airport Impact Area Overlay District as described in Section 30 of the Zoning Ordinance. 2. The post office use, or "public use" as described in Section 3 of the Zoning Ordinance, is a by right use in the Planned Unit Development zoning district. 3. The Property is subject to the following Site Plan, SDP199200060, approved September 17, 1992. This Site Plan currently exists solely as a physical file, there is no online access to it, therefore if you would like a copy please refer to statement number 10. 4. The abutting zoning districts to the Property are Planned Unit Development (PUD), Rural Areas (RA), and C1 Commercial as described in Section 20, Section 10, and Section 22 respectively. The Zoning Map link and WebGIS link are useful resources for viewing the Property and its abutting properties. 5. There are no outstanding building or zoning violations on file. This office does not keep track of fire violations, you can reach the County of Albemarle — Fire and Rescue at (434) 296-5833 to see if they have any fire violations on file. 6. A Certificate of Occupancy was issued for Building Permit B199201541 NC on January 8, 1992. 8. There is no record of any pending condemnation proceedings for the above listed Property. 9. This Property is not listed as a Historical Property. 10.
