The approved changes are reflected in the attached Letter of Revision (from Brian Brewer of Kimley-Horn, dated June 25, 2018) and the referenced plan sheets on the revised "Final Site Plan for Staybridge Suites, revision date 08/08118. There are no other changes to SDP201600072 proposed or approved at this time. This is the first Letter of Revision for this this site plan. Three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed, after which all required changes must be submitted in the form of a site plan amendment. Newberry County of Albemarle, Planning Division 401 McIntire Road Charlottesville, VA 22902 Re: SDP 2016-00072 — Staybridge Suites Letter of Revision Mr. Newberry: We are requesting a letter of revision (LOR) for a few changes for the Staybridge Suites located at the northeast corner of Berkmar Drive and Timberwood Boulevard in Charlottesville, Virginia. We originally received the Site Plan Approval from Albemarle County on January 9, 2018. The following changes are being proposed to the approved set: • Pergola shown on Site Plan Sheet CS-101. • Structures 3 and 6 removed from the proposed stormwater network. Updated network and calculations shown on Sheets CG-100 to CG-103. • Heavy Duty pavement section revised to a 2.0" SM-9.5A, 2.0" IM-19, and 6" VDOT Type[, 21A aggregate base. The original plans called for a 3.0" SM-9.5A, 2.0" IM-19, and 8" VDOT Type 1, 21A aggregate base. • Sod shown to only be installed in the immediate building area. All other areas are shown as topsoil and seed. • Transformer location shown on Utility Plan Sheet CU-101. • Grading revisions at the main building entrance. No additional impervious area is proposed. All other site plan components remain unaltered. Attached with this letter is the LOR Application, the revised plan sets, and the fee check.
