RE: Letter of Revision #1 to Baker Butler School (SDP200100009) for trail improvements and new
parking.

This letter approves your submitted Letter of Revision for the above referenced site plan. The approved
LOR proposes paving and improvements to trails and the installation 13 parking spaces adjacent to the
two soccer fields as shown on the plan entitled "Baker Butler Trial Improvements — Albemarle County
Minor Site Plan Amendment" by LPDA land Planning & Design, dated May 11, 2018, specifically the
improvements as noted in the cover page and pages 1-3-1-5. Erosion and Sediment control measures
(pages L1 & 1-2) will be approved by the County Engineer under a separate WPO application
(WP0201800032, "NIFI — Baker Butler VSMP"). There are no other changes to SDP200100009 proposed
or approved at this time.
This is the first Letter of Revision to site plan amendments for the CATEC site (SDP200100009). Three
(3) Letters of Revision are allowed, after which all required changes must be submitted in the form of a
site plan amendment.
