From: Andrew Knuppel To: "Ryan Fletcher" Subject: SDP201800053 CST VA -00-2203 Bloomfield Complete Application Date: Friday, August 3, 2018 10:35:00 AM Hi Ryan, I'm reaching out to let you know that I've reviewed this application (SDP201800053 CST VA -00-2203 Bloomfield) and have determined it to be complete. My only comment I anticipate regarding this application's content, aside from the pending results of the balloon test, is that the lightning rod shown on Sheet C-2 is one foot too tall (3'). The County's regulations are as follows: "(e) Grounding rod. A grounding rod, whose height shall not exceed two (2) feet and whose width shall not exceed one (1) inch in diameter at the base and tapering to a point, may be installed at the top of the facility, the eligible support structure, or the existing building." Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks! Andrew Knuppel, AICP Candidate Neighborhood Planner Albemarle County Community Development 434-296-5832 x 3313
