Please find our responses to the comments below in bold lettering. Requirements: 1. [32.5.2(a)] Under the zoning information, list the existing SP, as this plan is subject to the .ondition of that SP from 2008. Provide the conditions on a notes page, or other page. Rev.1: See attached approved conditions for 2018 SP, which this now applies. Approved conditions for the 2018 SP have been provided on Sheet C0.0. 2. [32.5.2(b)] Include the maximum height and the square footage of the proposed energy pant hi dirlinr Rev. 1: Comment addressed. 4. [32.5.2(b)] Include the ..........yam amount of impervious cover on the site. Rev.1: Comment addressed. 5. [32.5.2(d)] It appears that there are existing critical slopes in the areas that are proposed to be demolished. Show the critical slopes and apply for a critical slopes waiver for Board of Supervisors approval (this is also being requested to be provided with SP2018-001). The iustification will need to address the criteria 4.2.5. Rev. 1: Special exception is scheduled for Sept 5th BOS consent agenda. Plan cannot be approved until the exception is approved. Acknowledged. CIVIL ENGINEERING I ENVIRONMENTAL I SURVEYING I GIs I LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE I CONSTRUCTION SERVICES 6. [32.5.2(p); 32.7.9.7] Screening of commercial uses from the rural areas is required. In addition, screening of the biofilter and loading area is also required. Provide screening in accordance with 32.7.9.7. Rev. 1: Comment not adequately addressed. Proposed screening is not in accordance with the requirements of the screening section listed in the first comment, nor is it adequate. In addition, the biofilter is not screened as requested. Revise to include required screening. If using vegetation, provide the location and type of existing landscaping. The proposed screening has been updated to include supplemental planting to the existing semi -mature Cypress vegetation along the Keswick Road boundary. This supplemental planting will form a double staggered row of Cypress planted on 15 feet centers and a minimum 20 feet in depth. Screen planting and evergreen trees have been adjusted to screen views from Keswick Road into the maintenance loading area on the northern side of the Central Energy Plant. Additional screen planting has been included between the biofilter and the adjacent Keswick golf driving range tees. This 20-foot depth evergreen strip is planted with evergreen shrubs at 10 foot centers. d. Minimum depth and spacing requirements for a planting strip or existing vegetation. If only a planting strip or existing vegetation is provided as screening, the planting strip or the existing vegetation shall not be less than twenty (20) feet in depth. If a planting strip is provided, the plant materials shall consist of a double staggered row of evergreen trees planted fifteen (15) feet on center, or a double staggered row of evergreen shrubs planted ten (10) feet on center, or an alternative vegetative screening approved by the agent. 7. The notification fee of $215 has not been paid. The initial site plan will not be approved until the Rev.1: Fee has not been paid to date. Plans cannot be approved until the fee is paid. Acknowledged. Fee check has been included with this submittal for your use. We have included hard copies of the plans and calculations for your review.
