6. [32.5.2(p); 32.7.9.7] Screening of commercial uses from the rural areas is required. In addition,
screening of the biofilter and loading area is also required. Provide screening in accordance with

requirements of the screening section listed in the first comment, nor is it adequate. In addition,
the biofilter is not screened as requested. Revise to include required screening. If using
vegetation, provide the location and type of existing landscaping.
The proposed screening has been updated to include supplemental planting to the
existing semi -mature Cypress vegetation along the Keswick Road boundary. This
supplemental planting will form a double staggered row of Cypress planted on 15 feet
centers and a minimum 20 feet in depth. Screen planting and evergreen trees have been
adjusted to screen views from Keswick Road into the maintenance loading area on the

evergreen strip is planted with evergreen shrubs at 10 foot centers.
