Dear Mr. Kirtley:
The County of Albemarle has received application to adjust the boundary line of Tax Map Parcel 111-8Z8 and Tax
Map Parcel 111-26A. This project requires Health Department approval before receiving final County approval. The
applicant has provided soils information, which is attached. Please review the proposal for suitable subsurface
drainfields which comply with the provisions of Chapter 18, Sections 4.2.2, 4.2.3, 4.2.4, and Chapter 14, Sections 14-
309 and 14-310 of the Albemarle County Code. Should you have any comments please feel free to contact me.
