Are intention for this space is to allow our engineers and leadership to develop software and conduct business respectively with our clients remotely. We'll have approximately 15-25 employees in this space. We have addressed the performance standards of Zoning Ordinance Section 18-4.14: Noise: Our operation will not create sound or impact noise levels in excess of the values specified in Section 4.14.1. We are surrounded by an embankment on three sides and a block wall on the fourth.
