1. Dylan Lane and Dylan Court shall have a 20' clear unobstructed travel lane for fire access.
2. Fire code requires a 96' cul-de-sac, remove the grass island on Dylan Court to meet the fire
access requirements.
3. The grass island located at the entrance needs to have rolltop curbs installed to allow for fire
department access.
