Adam's language is coming from a system where one plan is the plan and he's saying they once submitted to the county we'll take a look at it and sign it if nothings been changed. We will not include this language in our road plan reviews going forward. This states it is generally approvable and they will review it again prior to final approval. I'll put it in the file and wait for confirmation from VDOT. I'm not allowed to approve a road plan that VDOT may or may not take into the system. Wintergreen Farm is constructing the sanitary sewer from Mosby Mountain up to this project. Wintergreen Farm is bringing the sanitary sewer across the road with the road improvements along Sunset Avenue. When the Sunset Overlook property was sold from the owners of the Wintergreen Farm project to the Owners of the Sunset Overlook, this was a requirement of the contract. All parties understand completely that if the sanitary sewer is not installed from Wintergreen Farm to the project,then they will need to install it. If the sanitary sewer has not been installed,then it shall be bonded prior to the subdivision plat approval. This will be a requirement of the subdivision plat approval. 18.
