FYI, Will's contract with us has been extended. He will be available to work up to 8 hours a week. I think the
best approach giving his limited time is to give him BLA's, family divisions, easements, minor amendments,
LOR's, etc only. He said he will be working these hours on Friday's, starting tomorrow.
I am giving him the 2 BLA's that Tim started to finish up. Please let me know if you have anything additional on
your workload that could be taken off and given to him.

Please find attached a pdf copy of the revised plat for the Burke Family Subdivision.
The plat has been revised to reflect your comments dated June 16, 2017.
1. Note K under land use has been corrected to add and may not be sold...... (Sorry, that was an
over site on my part).
2. Sheet 3 of 3 has been revised to show New 30' Private Street Easement. "And New Private Street
Easement" has also been added to the existing 30' right-of-way and the existing 30' access
easement.
3. A revised date has been added to each sheet.
Once you have had a chance to review the revised plat, please let me know if it is ready for owners
notarized signatures.
If the plat is satisfactory, we can go ahead and get the owners signatures while we are waiting for
Health Department Approval.

"Note on sheet 2 should read, 'Parcel A-1 and Revised Parcel A shown on this family subdivision plat may not be sold
or..."'

Me again. I also have the Burk Family Division. I reviewed this and don't have any concerns.
My only comment — lets' call this a "Private Street" on page 3, rather than "Access Easement."
This was submitted to the County Attorney and Health Department. i haven't heard back from either, yet.

Ethan, I will print the original mylar for owners notarized signatures.
We can go ahead and get the owners signatures on the plat so it will be ready to take to the county
once they receive VDH approval.
If all of the owners would like to stop by our office, I can notarize their signatures with a picture id for
each person signing.
They do not have to come in at the same time if that is not convenient.
There is a separate notary panel for each signature.

The VDH submission was not distributed to them until June 7th, right after I received it.
It is rare that the VDH takes less than 21 days for a review. 21 days would be next Wednesday. So I would be surprised
if we see anything before then.

Since this was given to Will to review I have not been part of 99% of what has taken place.
I only stayed slightly in the loop since I was the one who distributed the initial submission to VDH and they had not
responded.
I will get with Will as soon as possible.
It does not show "approved" on our County View system.
Two questions:
• Was the County Attorney's comment addressed successfully in a previous submittal?
• Have you already provided Will with the signed plats or are you waiting on his approval to do so?

The VDH submission was not distributed to them until June 7th, right after I received it.
It is rare that the VDH takes less than 21 days for a review. 21 days would be next Wednesday. So I would be surprised
if we see anything before then.

Please find attached a pdf copy of the revised plat for the Burke Family Subdivision.
The plat has been revised to reflect your comments dated June 16, 2017.
1. Note K under land use has been corrected to add and may not be sold...... (Sony, that was an
over site on my part).
2. Sheet 3 of 3 has been revised to show New 30' Private Street Easement. "And New Private Street
Easement" has also been added to the existing 30' right-of-way and the existing 30' access
easement.
3. A revised date has been added to each sheet.
Once you have had a chance to review the revised plat, please let me know if it is ready for owners
notarized signatures.
If the plat is satisfactory, we can go ahead and get the owners signatures while we are waiting for
Health Department Approval.

Me again. I also have the Burk Family Division. � reviewed this and don't have any concerns.
My only comment — lets' call this a "Private Street" on page 3, rather than "Access Easement."
This was submitted to the County Attorney and Health Department. I haven't heard back from either, yet.
