[14-302(A)3.] Provide the width of the right-of-way for State Route 855 (Faulconer Drive) and include the deed book and page number for this right-of-way. 2. [14-302(A)4.] Please fix the typo in the word "ingress" in the box on sheet 2 describing the non-exclusive ingress/egress easement over Tracts A, B, and C. 3. [14-302(A)9.] Please indicate whether there is a building site in compliance with section 18-4.2 on the proposed new parcel. The current plat as submitted only includes this information for the residue parcel. 4. [14-302(A)10.] Please specify the number of development rights left for the residue portion of T.M. 60-24. 5. [14-309, 14-310, 14-4161 The subdivision plat and soil evaluation report was forwarded to the Health Director for review. Approval of the soils evaluation by the Health Department is required prior to approval of the subdivision plat. All comments or approval letters from VDH will be forwarded to the applicant upon receipt.
