Shouldn't your revised parking calcs truly just depict 128 units...? As that is currently all the units that are approved w/this minor amendment. If you revise it to 135 it makes it appear like you are already at 135 units as we move forward: " Aside from this clarification on a typographical error, you are correct, the site plan is ready for approval. Be aware this is merely a site plan to build the extra townhome.
