Matthew and I just pulled the final site plan it lists it as a private access easement…thus the minor
amendment you submitted needs to be revised to accurarlety labeled the road as a private access
easement and we can move on without VDOT review??
Send in those slip sheets of sheets 3 and 4 and we’re done !

The subdivision plat shows it as a private access easement. If I need to change out that sheet, I can
certainly drop off an new copy of it.

The site plan lists it as a public right of way.
Can you send me this plan electronically?
If so, I’ll shoot it over to VDOT with a transmittal and request a speedy review of the cul-de-sac…

Awesome! Thank you Matt. Also, I think Elm Tree Court is a private access easement, so VDOT
may not even need to look at it.

1. [ZMA2004-14] Lot Mix. Revise the lot mix chart to omit an asterix (*) for phase IA and 1B, as nothing is taking
place in those phases on this amendment.
2. [Comment] Amend the parking calculations chart on the cover sheet to only cover parking for the townhomes
associated with this amendment, omit all other parking calculation modification listed in the chart.
3. [Comment] In the title include the SDP#: SDP2018-55.

1. Confirm what the new lot number is. I currently see 3 different numbers referencing the same lot.
