The ACSA will require a profile view of the sewer main located in the gravel area to show existing and proposed cover. Also note that the security fence will be located within an ACSA easement. In order to permit this an encroachment letter will be required prior to approval. This will note that portions of the fence will be located within the easement and will confirm that the ACSA has the right to remove the fence to access the sewer main without any responsibility for replacement. A note shall be added that the fence post will be placed in such a way that the sewer main is in the center of 2 posts. The applicant can contact me directly to discuss further. Division: Date Completed:08/02/2017 Reviewer:Bobby Jocz CDD Engineering Review Status:See Recommendations Reviews Comments:Note that any stockpile areas used during construction will count as disturbed area during construction. Ensure stockpiles, if needed, are located inside the indicated limits of disturbance, or are located on current impervious areas outside limits of distrubance. Since this project is very close to the 10,000 sq ft threshold, this is an important factor. The 1998 Site Plan references D.B. 1224 p. 39. Please include all applicable deed book references on the latest plat. • The 1998 Site Plan includes a landscaping plan. The proposed gravel area would eliminate several plantings from that plan. Describe how you would account for this change. Will those plantings be moved to a different location? Let me know if you have any questions, Will
