Good morning Will,
Thanks for your comments on this project.
Please see attached pdf copy of the revised plat.
1. The gravel is there for addition area for T.M. 9-14A to access the metal building.
Mr. Wright is adjusting the boundary line to take in the area that he feels is needed for access to
that building.
2. We have added the location of the Metal Building to the plat.
We had not shown it before because the new line is farther away from this building.
There are no other buildings within 50' of the new line.
3. We have also added a revised date to the plat.
Please review the revised plat at your earliest convenience and let us know if it is ready for owners
notarized signature.

Hi Gwen,
I just reviewed the boundary line adjustment plat for Nathaniel Wright. We hada couple of questions.
I. Could you explain the gravel area shown on page two? Is TMP 9-14 (Parcel B) using this as an access point?
2. Are there existing buildings near the property line? The GIS indicates that there is. If so, please give some
indication to their location [Sec. 14-312].
