Mr. Gloeckner,
I reviewed your submittal for a boundary line adjustment for the Carrs (SUB201700156). I only had one comment for the
plat. Please clarify ownership for TM 44 Parcel 27D on the plat. All the parcels have ownership information and
references, except for 27D. if I'm missing it, please clarify for me.
Otherwise, this looks straightforward. Let me know if you have questions.

I started the conversation with Cliff Fox on getting this application in for review. He continues to ask me about this
submittal. Last time it had yet been assigned, so I could not forward anything. I don't think Kurt submitted it digitally,
but maybe the plat can be scanned and sent to Cliff. i believe that Cliff is the other in the applicant name in CV "David
Carr & Others."

Kurt Gloeckner called me yesterday and asked for you; he explained that ne nas been out of his office for a week and
he apologized for his delay in responding to you. He noted that he received the one review comment from you; and
that he would make that correction, obtain notarized owner signatures, and submit signature copies of the final plat.
You may want to reach back out to him (if he hasn't contacted you by email), since I explained that you typically cannot
be reached by phone. But he did not explicitly request a return call.

I reviewed the plat and relevant sections of the Ordinance with Bill Fritz. We've concluded that the plat is acceptable,

Kurt said he doesn't use email. I think things are further complicated by the phone line situation with extension 3088.
I reviewed the plat with Bill on Friday morning, and he concluded that it was acceptable per our Ordinance
requirements. I then directed Mr. Gloeckner to proceed with submitting a final plat with notarized owners' signatures,
for County approval.
Come to think of it, I may have notified Kurt by email. Which presumably would not have been received.
All things considered, I think Kurt probably needs a quick phone call to hear us tell him to proceed with the plat as it
was when Bill and I reviewed it last Friday (without further revisions being necessary). Can you contact him?

I've noticed that Kurt has not been emailing me, even though I've been sending him emails that his application was
ready. Do you know if he was getting my emails? I was a little confused and wanted to make sure I had not missed
something or that my emails were getting through. I saw that you had a discussion with Bill about this. Was there some
issue that t missed?
