Perez, Senior Planner Division: Planning Date: September 17, 2018 Subject: SUB201800147- Bel Aire - BLA The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Subdivision Plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.] [14-302(A)16] Dam Break Inundation Zones. Depict and label the limits of the state dam break inundation zone that is located on these properties. 2. [14-302(A)10] Right of Further Division of Proposed Lots. Revise the DR note to read: TMP 32-4 is retaining 5 development rights and may be further divided and when divided these rights shall not comprise more than 24.98 acres. TMP 32-4J is retaining 5 development rights and may be further divided. No development rights are transferred with Area `Y'. 3. [14-302(B)6] Tax Map Parcel. There is a typographical error in the TMP 32-6A, which County GIS labels as TMP 32-6R. Revise if needed. Staff has provided references to provisions of Chapter 14 of the Code of the County of Albemarle. The Code is kept up to date by the County Attorney's office. The Code may found on the County Attorney's website which may be found under "Departments and Services" at Albemarle.org. In accord with the provisions of Section 14-229(B) of Chapter 14 of the Code if the developer fails to submit a revised final plat to address all of the requirements within six (6) months after the date of this letter the application shall be deemed to have been voluntarily withdrawn by the developer.
