[Comment] Private street maintenance agreement (recommended). While private street maintenance agreements are not required for family subdivisions, the County does recommend them. It can facilitate future real estate transactions to have the agreement officially recorded. Please complete if desired. 2. [14-310] Health Director Approval. Approval from the Health Director is required for this application. The necessary information has been transmitted to the Health Director and is under their review. 3. [14-316] Approval of entrance onto public streets. Approval from VDOT is required for this application. The necessary information has been transmitted to VDOT and is under their review.
