Subject: SUB -201800163 Maupin- Family Subdivision- Final Plat
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Final Plat
referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is
preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless
otherwise specified.]
1. [Comment] Private street maintenance agreement (recommended). While private street
maintenance agreements are not required for family subdivisions, the County does
recommend them. It can facilitate future real estate transactions to have the agreement
officially recorded. Please complete if desired.
2. [14-310] Health Director Approval. Approval from the Health Director is required for
this application. The necessary information has been transmitted to the Health Director
and is under their review.
3. [14-316] Approval of entrance onto public streets. Approval from VDOT is required for
this application. The necessary information has been transmitted to VDOT and is under
their review.
