You can only increase acreages. if a portion of the site is completed or stabilized or sold or is no longer in your operational control, you should note that in the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) that is maintained onsite. You cannot terminate a portion of a permit coverage, you can only terminate then whole permit coverage once the entire permitted site meets one or more of the termination conditions. The SWPPP is where you note when portions of the site are completed, sold, stabilized or under someone else's operational control until such time as you are able to terminate the entire permit coverage. Please do not submit a modification or fee for this action. You only need to update your onsite SWPPP to show the changes to the site area. Also, if you intend to work on the other portion of the site in the future, it would be cheaper to maintain your current permit coverage so you will not have to pay additional permit tees. If you must have a permit coverage for the lower acreage amount, you will need to obtain a new permit coverage and pay applicable new permit fees, then terminate the existing larger coverage. It you chose to do this, you may be responsible for the current 2014 permit's technical criteria and no longer be vested under the previous 2009 permit cycle's technical criteria (which you currently are since you renewed permit coverage from the 2009 permit cycle). Stormwater Management Plan North Pointe—Middle Entrance and Route 29 Road Improvements This project involves the disturbance of 16.1 acres. A SWM/BMP (SWM 2 on the approved Zoning Application plan) is proposed with this project to address the Stormwater Management and CBPA requirements for the project area. The basin will act as a sediment basin during construction to address the sediment control needs for the current and future construction sites and it will be converted to a permanent SWM/BMP facility after the upslope land activities are complete and upstream sites are stabilized. The SWM/BMP facility has been designed to control the post development 2 and 10 year storm events to reduce the post developed runoffs to the 2 and 10 year storm events pre-developed rates. The SWM/BMP is designed to meet the water quality requirement for the future commercial sites. The anticipated removal requirement for the future sites is 4.58 pounds/year.
