Attached is a rough draft of how the sewer runs. Please have the applicant update the sewer easement. I am wondering if ACSA needs to approve this plat? The applicant clarified that the 20' public sewer easement between Lot 13 and Lot 14 is "by separate agreement". Please let me know if I should ask the applicant for additional information. I had transmitted the original physical copy of the submission to ACSA, and they re -submitted this version electronically.
