Lobby Renovation and Parking Relocation — SDP201700065 - Letter of Revision #1 Dear Mr. Padalino, This letter is to notify Albemarle County of proposed revisions to a previously approved site development plan. The Boar's Head Inn Lobby Renovation and Parking Relocation project, SDP2O170oo65, received final approval on 6/14/2018. The proposed changes as part of this Letter of Revision application are as follows: I. A new keg storage shed is to be added behind the Boar's Head Inn main building. This work includes basic erosion and sediment control measures, limited demolition, rerouting of existing electric lines, construction of the keg storage shed with stairs and ramp, and related storm structures to capture runoff from the new structure. Plan sheets have been attached with this application showing this work. 2. Site lighting locations have been revised in front of the main building. Lighting fixture types have not been changed, but a revised photometric plan has been included with this application to show light levels throughout the front of the building.
