This letter approves your submitted Letter of Revision for the above referenced site plan to modify the approved
site plan SDP201700065 as shown on the attached plan and letter dated 8/22/2018.
Approved changes include: modified outdoor lighting details and specifications (including number, locations,
mounting heights, and luminaire types); and construction of a "keg storage shed" within an existing asphalt
parking and loading area. There are no other changes to the approved plan proposed.
This is the first (1St) Letter of Revision for this site. Three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed, after which all
required changes must submitted in the form of a site plan amendment.

The cover letter for this LOR application states that "Lighting fixture types have not been changed___" but that does not appear to
be correct_ Specifically, the Luminaire Schedule on the approved Electrical Site Plan for SDP201700066 specifies different
luminaries from Beacon Products which all begin with the product Description "URB -212 but the Luminaire Schedule provided
with this LOR1 application specifies different luminaires from Beacon Products which all begin with the product Description
"SLD -24L-"_
However, the Beacon Products website identifies the proposed luminaires as "full cutoff'

LOR1 that the proposed "Slide" luminaires comply with the Outdoor Lighting regulations in Zoning Ordinance Section 4.17, and
specifically with the "Standards" specified in Sections 4.17.4(a)3 and 4.17.4(a)4_

Dear Mr. Padalino,
This letter is to notify Albemarle County of proposed revisions to a previously approved site development
plan. The Boar's Head Inn Lobby Renovation and Parking Relocation project, SDP2O170oo65, received
final approval on 6/14/2018.
The proposed changes as part of this Letter of Revision application are as follows:
I. A new keg storage shed is to be added behind the Boar's Head Inn main building. This work
includes basic erosion and sediment control measures, limited demolition, rerouting of existing
electric lines, construction of the keg storage shed with stairs and ramp, and related storm
structures to capture runoff from the new structure. Plan sheets have been attached with this
application showing this work.
2. Site lighting locations have been revised in front of the main building. Lighting fixture types have
not been changed, but a revised photometric plan has been included with this application to show
light levels throughout the front of the building.
Find the following plan sheets attached showing proposed changes relating to the items above.
