Dear Mr. Collis
This letter is to approve as a Letter of Revision for the: removal of a planting strip, installation of
bollards, removal of a portion of sidewalk, removal of striping and installation of no parking
signage, installation of take-out only signs and adding of phasing to the project. All of the
changes are noted in the attached request and plan. This is the 2nd Letter of Revision for this site.
A total of three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed before all changes to the plan are required to
be submitted in the form of a site plan amendment.

RE: LETTER OF REVISION #2 — Northtown Phase 11B Final Site Plan (SDP 2017-8)
Please consider this request for a letter of revision to the approved Northtown Phase 1113 final site plan.
This plan proposes the following (5) changes to the approved final site plan for Northtown Phase 1113 as
shown in the attached exhibit. The following changes to the plan include:
1. Removal of a planting strip area adjacent to the building and extending the pavement to the
building. (2) concrete bollards were also installed at the corner of the building.
2. Removal of a portion of the sidewalk (past the building entrances) and installing pavement to
the edge of the building. (2) concrete bollards were also installed at the corner of the building.
3. Removal of the striping along the drive aisle in the back of the building and the installation of
"No Parking Signs" and "No Parking Fire Lane" striping along the back portion and sides of the
building.
4. Installation of (2) take-out only signs and striping for (2) parking spaces in front of the BWW
building.
5. Added a phase line for the Phase 11(Future phase) of the project. This portion of the project will
include the future building and improvements for the building.
It is noted that a future Letter of Revision will be submitted for changes to the Landscaping and Lighting
for the project.
This is the second letter of revision for the subject site plan. The applicant acknowledges that a total of
three (3) letters of revision are allowed.
