application plan (s ee Zoning Ordinance § 8.5.5.5). The PRD dis trict allows residential uses at a density
range not to ex ceed 35 units per acre. The proposed applic ation plan would allow 96 residential units and a
residential density of approximately 0.53 res idential units per ac re. PROFFER S: Yes. EXISTING
