R ichmond Rd (US 250) and Louisa Rd (Rt 22), s outh of Inters tate 64. MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT: R ivanna.

12. PROJECT: ZMA 2004022, Treesdale Park (Sign #33). PROPOSAL: Rez one 6.60 acres from R4
residential zoning district which allows residential uses (4 units per acre) to PR D (Planned Residential
D istrict) which allow s residential uses (3 34 units/acre) w ith limited commercial uses. This request
proposes a total of 90 units at a density of 14 units per acres and no commercial uses. LOCATION: 640 E
R io R oad, south of Towne Lane on the west s ide of East R io R oad. MAGISTERIAL DISTRIC T: R io.
13. PROJECT: SP2007021. Beth Goldstein (Yoga Meditation Studio) – (Sign #46). PROPOSED: Private
s chool for yoga instruction w ith classes up to eight days per month, up to 20 s tudents per class.

14. PROJECT: ZMA 2007004. Oakleigh Farm (Sign # 62). PROPOSAL: Rezone 8.82 acres from R6 zoning
district which allow s residential uses and 6 units/acre to NMD Neighborhood Model zoning district which
allows residential mixed with commercial, serv ice and indus trial uses and 3 34 units/acre. Proposed
number of units is 109 for a dens ity of 12.3 units/acre. LOC ATION: 547 Rio Rd West (Rt 631) directly

15. PROJECT: ZMA 2007006. Three Notch'd C enter. PROPOSAL: Rezone 2.3 from LI Light Industrial,
w hich allows industrial, office, and limited commercial uses (no residential use)to PDSC Planned
D evelopment Shopping Center, which allows for shopping centers, retail sales and service us es; and
residential by special use permit (15 units/ acre). The propos al is to redevelop the site with two
office/commerc ial buildings with a total of 40,500 square feet. LOCATION: 5368, 5374, and 5382 Three
N otch'd Rd, located on the northside of Three Notch'd Rod approx 500 feet wes t of its intersection w ith

16. PROJECT: ZMA 2007011. Patterson Subdivision. PROPOSAL: Rezone 3.52 acres from R1
R esidential (1 unit/acre) to R 6 Residential (6 units/acre) to allow for up to 15 dwelling units. LOC ATION:
Between Lanetown Rd and Lanetown Way approximately 400 y ards from the intersection of Mint Springs

17. PROJECT: ZMA 2007014. Liberty H all Amendment (Sign # 36 & 39). PR OPOSAL: Rez one 8.01 acres
from N MD Neighborhood Model District residential (3 34 units/acre) mixed with commerc ial, service and
industrial uses ) to N MD Neighborhood Model District residential (3 34 units/acre) mixed with commercial,
s ervice and indus trial uses to amend the proffers to allow for forlease affordable housing for approved units.

acre southwest portion of the property as shown on the General Development Plan) along Radford Lane
