district which allow s residential uses and 1 unit per acre to Planned R esidential (PRD ) zoning district which
allows residential (3 34 units /ac re) mixed w ith commercial and industrial us es for a total of 30 units.
LOCATION: 3226 Proffit Rd, Earlysville, VA 22911, property is on the south side of Proffit R d,
approximately 1,000 feet east of US 29 in the Hollymead Community. TAX MAP/PARCEL: 3235.

Industrial zoning district which allows industrial, office, and limited commercial uses (no residential use). No
residential units are proposed. LOC ATION: approximately 4500 feet north of the intersection with Airport
R oad (R t 649) at 4090 Dickerson R d (Rt 606), on the west s ide of Dickerson ac ross from Quail Run in the
