c onstruction of two (2) buildings for commerc ial and office us e on 1.99 acres z oned H C Highway
C ommercial and EC Entranc e C orridor. This request includes a request for a waiver in order to allow shared
parking within the site. The property, described as Tax Map 56, Parcels 32 and 32A are located in the
W hitehall Magis terial D istrict in the northeast corner of the intersection of Route 240 (Brow nsv ille R oad) and
R oute 250 (R ock fish Gap Turnpike). This is c urrently the site of a convenience store. The Comprehensive
Plan designates this property as Crozet Community.
