R A Rural Areas zoning distric t w hich allows agricultural, fores tal, and fishery us es; residential density (0.5
unit/acre) to HC Highway Commercial zoning district which allows commercial and service uses; and
residential use by special use permit (15 units/ acre). PROFFER S: Yes. LOCATION : North side of Route

H C Highway Commercial zoning district w hich allows commercial and serv ice uses; and residential use by

limited commerc ial uses (no res idential use) for contractor's offic e and storage yard. PROFFERS: Yes.
