Board will consider dedicating portions of tw o parcels along Crozet Avenue (Rte 240), cons isting of .087
acres of TMP 56A20118 and .096 acres of TMP 56A20119, to the Virginia D epartment of Transportation
necessary for improvements to C rozet Avenue as part of the D owntown Crozet Streetscape Project.
12. The Old Crozet School Arts Lease Agreement for Part of the Old Crozet Elementary School.
Pursuant to Virginia Code § 15.21800(B), the Board w ill cons ider renewing the lease with the Old Crozet
Sc hool Arts for a portion of the old Crozet Elementary School property, located at 1408 Crozet Avenue,
C rozet, Virginia 22932 (Parcels 05600000006100 and 05600000006200), for use as a priv ate school.
13. FY 2010 Budget A mendment.
14. ZTA 201000001. Industrial Uses. Amend Sec . 27.2.2, By special use permit, of C hapter 18, Zoning, of
the Albemarle County Code. This ordinance would amend Sec . 27.2.2 by adding as uses permitted by
s pecial use permit in the Light Industry (LI) z oning district all of those uses permitted by right in the Heavy
Industry (HI) z oning district that are not otherw ise permitted by right in the LI z oning district.
