9. 1403(1) – Agricultural and Forestal D istricts – Ordinance to amend Division 2, Districts , of Article II,
D istricts of Statewide Signific anc e, of Chapter 3, Agricultural and Forestal Districts, of the Albemarle
C ounty Code, as specified below, Wayne C ilimberg, D irector of Planning:
a) AFD20141 Eastham A FD – District R eview. The proposed ordinance would amend Section 3
212, Eastham Agricultural and Forestal District, to continue the district for all parcels identified in
the ordinance, to set the next district rev iew deadline date of Augus t 6, 2024, and to remove any
parcels for w hich a request for withdraw al is received before the Board acts on the proposed
ordinance.
b) AFD20142 Pasture Fence Mountain AFD – District Review. The proposed ordinance would
amend Section 3225, Pasture Fence Mountain Agricultural and Fores tal District, to continue the
district for all parcels identified in the ordinance, to s et the next dis tric t review deadline date of
August 6, 2024, and to remove any parcels for whic h a request for w ithdraw al is received before the
Board acts on the propos ed ordinance.
c ) AFD020143 North Fork Moorman’s River AFD – District Review. The proposed ordinance
would amend Section 3223, N orth Fork Moorman’s River Agricultural and Forestal D istrict, to
continue the district for all parcels identified in the ordinance, to set the next district rev iew deadline
date of August 6, 2024, and to remove any parcels for w hich a request for withdraw al is received
before the Board acts on the propos ed ordinance.
