An adjourned meeting of the Board of Supervisors of Albemarle County, Virginia, was held on
December 16, 2014, at 8:30 a.m., Room 241, County Office Building, McIntire Road, Charlottesville,
Virginia, for the purpose of bringing together past and present members of the Boards of Supervisors.
The meeting was adjourned from December 10, 2014.
PRESENT: Mr. Kenneth C. Boyd, Ms. Jane D. Dittmar, Ms. Ann Mallek, Ms. Diantha H. McKeel
and Ms. Liz A. Palmer.
ABSENT: Mr. Brad L. Sheffield.
OFFICERS PRESENT: County Executive, Thomas C. Foley, County Attorney, Larry W. Davis,
Clerk, Ella W. Jordan, and Senior Deputy Clerk, Travis O. Morris.

The meeting was called to order at 9:16 a.m. by the Chair, Ms. Dittmar.

Ms. Dittmar welcomed all current and former Supervisors.
Mr. Tom Foley, County Executive, gave a brief overview of the County and its current
demographics.
Ms. Dittmar gave remarks on her year as Supervisor representing the Scottsville District.
Reflections were given by the following current and former Supervisors, County Executive and
County Attorney.
