An adjourned meeting of the Board of Supervisors of Albemarle County,
Virginia, was held on May 20, 1992, at 3:00 P.M., Room 11, County Office
Building, McIntire Road, Charlottesville, Virginia, said meeting adjourned
from May 14, 1992.
PRESENT: Messrs. Charles S. Martin (arrived at 3:06 p.m.), Walter F.
Perkins (arrived at 3:11 p.m.), David P. Bowerman, Mrs. Charlotte Y. Humphris
and Mr. Forrest R. Marshall, Jr.
ABSENT: Mr. Edward H. Bain, Jr.
Agenda Item No. 1. The meeting was called to order at 3:06 P.M. by the

Agenda Item~No. 2. Executive Session: Personnel.
~Motion was offered byMr. Martin, seconded by Mrs. Humphris,'toadjourn
into executive session for personnel matters (Va. Code Section 2.1-344.A.1).
Roll was called and the motion carried by the following recorded vote:

ABSENT: Mr. Perkins and Mr. Bain.
