An adjourned meeting of the Board of Supervisors of Albemarle County,
Virginia, was held on July 8, 1992, at 5:30 P.M., Room 11, County office
Building, McIntire Road, Charlottesville, Virginia. This meeting was ad-
journed from July 1, 1992.
PRESENT: Mr. Edward H. Bain, Jr., Mr. David P. Bowerman, Mrs.
Charlotte Y. Humphris, Messrs. Forrest R. Marshall, Jr. (arrived at 5:33
P.M.), Charles S. Martin, and Walter F. Perkins.
ABSENT: None.
OFFICERS PRESENT:
Agenda Item No. 1.
Chairman, Mr. Bowerman.
None.
The meeting was called to order at 5:30 P.M., by the
Agenda Item No. 2. Executive Session: Personnel.
Motion was immediately offered by Mr. Bain to adjourn into executive
session to discuss personnel matters under Virginia Code Section 2.1-344A.1.
The motion was seconded by Mrs. Humphris.
Roll was called, and the motion carried by the following recorded vote:
AYES: Mr. Bain, Mr. Bowerman, Mrs. Humphris, Messrs. Marshall, Martin and
Perkins.
NAYS: None.
Agenda Item No. 3. Adjourn. The Board reconvened at 7:00 P.M. in the
Auditorium of the County office Building to begin the regular meeting. Motion
to certify the executive session will show in those minutes.
